Welcome to Apply-Templates.com. This blog aims at publishing articles to solve problems with some of the most common web development platforms and languages. The core is divided into 5 main categories:

XSLT

We will look at the basics as well as some of the most complex problems including grouping theory. We will also cover XSLT 1.0 and 2.0 as well as the major transformers such as Xalan and Saxon.

CSS

The wonderful world of CSS has quite a few hidden tricks in order to perform well accross all browsers. We will tackle those frustrating issues and try to provide solutions to all of your problems.

Javascript

Although this member of the Ecma script family is over a decade old, the use of DHTML and AJAX is still just beginning to tap its potential. We will provide how-tos and examples to turn your plain web page into a dynamic web application.

Everything from a simple class to a complex JEE architecture, we will look at the best and most optimized solutions as well as explore many APIs and libraries.
